New, clean, economical, felt safe. No hand towels. No coffeemaker or coffee cups.
The hotel was very clean so I was impressed with that and the security I liked a lot you have to have a room key to gain access to the hall where the rooms are. To have fresh towels/wash clothes you had to return your dirty ones to the front desk before closing each day. We were staying for just the week and I didn't realize I needed to bring my own pots pans etc.
It is quite! Clean! And cheap! And has great views of west Texas and the staff is very nice and helpful!! No
Big room size TV was hard to navigate. Mini fridge was loud, we unplugged. Was put into a handy capped room
Free breakfast There was no mention of the amenities being closed for the season when we reserved our room. We chose this hotel to be able to use the hot tub and pool. BOTH were closed.
Perfect location for what we needed. The staff was incredible. Had a sick baby & they assisted very quickly to help make the best of a bad situation. Breakfast wasn't extravagant but it was fresh and what was there was hot. The pool is outdoors and felt like a small caged area. The area was fairly clean but the hot tub was empty without explanation. No towels by the pool either. Not a huge deal but something to mention. This didn't really affect our stay.
The room was very clean when we came in and everythimg was washed. The staff was very friendly and the food tasted good at the cafe. The room was fairly expensive for just a single night in a location that would not warrant it. The pillows are also not very soft.
I was traveling alone to visit my army boyfriend. The hotel staff was super friendly! The clerk even sat with me while I ate dinner one night because my boyfriend had to report back before dinner every night! Everything was super clean... And I'm very picky.
