Huge tub! Good value for the price. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Great bed, deep tub, quiet location.
Nothing it look like a druggy motel It was cold and the water freezing
It was close to where we needed
Was nice and quite Shower had bad pressure
Very nice, modern hotel. After a few hours of being there I noticed blood on my bathroom floor.
Convenient location and great amenities.
Comfortable beds/pillows, clean room. Free internet/wifi. Convenient to Texas Tech campus. Friendly staff Even the cheap hotels include a continental breakfast free, not here, everything is extra. TV sound did not work properly. Restaurant is pricey as is room service.
Location is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. No regular coffee in the room, only decaf. No hair conditioner, two shampoos.
Great staff, good location next to TTU, nice perk of free laundry (you still need your own detergent)... Room was clean, but smelled a little musty...
The staff was great. The room was clean and had a full-size fridge, usable stove and kitchenette stocked with pots, pans and such. And the hotel is located just across the street from Texas Tech. The hotel shows its age, and it's seriously frumpy. But then, this is Lubbock.
Like all hotels in that area during Texas tech graduation, the prices were ridiculous. But the worst part was the fact that our room never cooled down. We couldn't sleep it was so hot. The thermostat was 10* higher than what it was set on when we got up.

This hotel is literally across the street from TX Tech University. If you're visiting your kid at Tech, this is a great hotel for its proximity! The rooms are very small...all rooms have only 1 queen bed and a sofa bed all in a very small space.
Front desk host was helpful and friendly. Ice maker in room. Hall had odor. Needed maintenance.
Staff went above and beyond in terms of attentiveness. My first room smelled like chemicals but the staff quickly moved me.
Very courteous staff. Rooms were excellent and clean
I love this hotel and stay there every time I visit my TT student. The entire proerty is clean and rooms are large and comfortable. You can't beat the amenities for the price which include a well equipped work out room and a generous breakfast. Thanks!
During our stay Lubbock received a nighttime thunderstorm and we were still able to have a quiet night's sleep. We took advantage of your laundry room, thank you for not charging for the use of the washer and dryer (not coin operated). Really need to have scrambled eggs and not cheese omelets only. Also, it would be nice to have fresh fruit as a breakfast option. Otherwise, great breakfast.
Good location, friendly staff I was so uncomfortable...the room was hot, the bed was uncomfortable, and you could hear sounds from other rooms/the hallway.
Nothing The hotel is on two major roads. There was no way to get a way from the street noise. I couldn't get to sleep until after one in the morning. I had asked to change rooms when I checked in at 4. They said they were booked. I don't believe it!
- Cleanliness. I didn't even take a shower there because the bathroom was so gross - Thin walls. You can hear your neighbors talking - They double charged us for the rooms for something that was overpriced in the first place
Staff were very friendly. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable. They were very accommodating when I wanted to switch to a quieter room away from the noisy freeway side. Problem was they didn't record the room change properly, and thus sold someone my new room, which meant I was awoken in the middle of the night by someone who'd been give a key to my room and would've barged right in if I hadn't put the bar across the door.
Spacious comfortable room, but shades were broken and difficult to rsise. There were very noisy people above us...even at 3:00 AM. Hotel was very busy, lots of people using the pool. Friendly staff. Noisy...broken shades. Maintenance came to fix the shades but they still did not work.
Nothing really stands out. I had a request for the office manager several days before my stay- I left my telephone number and email on 3 separate occasions. No call back or attempt to reach back out to me was made. She conveniently "left" for the day on each attempt.
I like the size of the rooms; there is a small sitting area with a couch and chair. I do not like sitting in bed and this is a great place to watch tv and unwind before going to bed. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Both times I used an online website to book my travel. Both times they put me right above the entrance and I can hear the doors opening and closing each time someone goes in or out. Also, they accidentally gave me the receipt for another person. I found out this person paid $20 less per night than I did. Not happy about that. Perhaps I need to call directly instead of booking on one of those so called cheaper websites.
This hotel made a big improvement on this in regards to management and facility since last summer. Just keep it up. I suggest to change the pool water once every six months.
The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeper does a wonderful job. The first day my towel was ragged. With frayed edges and very worn. That was the only day. The bed was a bit soft for me, but not really a problem. The windows faced the west and that sun was so bright and hot that I had to have the shades down the whole time. Kinda of a bummer. But what the heck, the price was right
Updated decor, spacious room, good breakfast. Leaky refrigerator left a huge puddle inside our door; luckily it was a tile floor.
Nice facilities and clean. Staff seemed tired.
When I arrived the front desk lady was very sweet and asked why we were traveling, I informed her we had lost my grandma and we were coming home from the funeral. She offered her condolences and waived our pet fee. It was a small gesture but greatly appreciated since we were tight with money from an unexpected trip.
