Located just a short distance from Washington DC, Charlottesville, Richmond Va, and surrounding areas, is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Visit the local wineries/brewery, hiking & biking, charter a fishing adventure with local captains, go antiquing, shark tooth and fossil hunting, explore the historical sites, or simply sit on the couch/deck relax and enjoy the most amazing water front view bar none!! This beach inspired, home is beautifully kept, with a fully stocked kitchen, including a brand new (as of Feb 2020) convection oven with 4 stove top burners and a warmer.
