I really liked the location. I really liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful The room did exactly what I needed it do, allow my dogs and I a good night sleep. I have nothing bad to say. It was actually a better place than I thought it would be. It is not the Grand Bohemian, but I did not want that. Thank you so much for the value you provide. It was much needed for the purposes of the trip. Truly wishing you all much luck and succes.
Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. The person at the front desk was welcoming. Carpet felt a little greasy. Looked like someone had tried to kick the door in. Bathroom door was also broken in places.
Met needs on a rainy road trip. Friendly staff and good pet policy. Excellent cable tv channel selection (better than many larger higher-rated hotels).
Location Accommodations were in need of an overhaul and repair. Seemed to be more permanent guests than overnight guests. Overpriced for the state of the motel.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and pleasant and friendly. There are a few reasons I will not go back ,first off for 4 nights I didn't sleep more than 2 hours each night. This was due to the air conditioner in the room. It was like sleeping next to a F-16 engine at full throttle even though the fan was at its lowest setting and the vents were not adjustable so the cold air was blowing on my face the whole time. Also around the pool there was not enough shade if you wanted to get out of the hot sun but still enjoy the pool, and the entrance is too close to the ramp coming off I-240 so it's difficult to get over and slow down and the entrance needs a larger sign. Your online information is very misleading because your hotel is not in walking distance to any shopping or restaurants .

Great location not to far from Downtown area. The staff was friendly, room clean, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast area was clean and food was fair with several options. The Price -- Payed over $300 for 1 night stay as we decided to go to Asheville last minute. Had a hard time finding a decent room in town, so paid the price. No Hampton is worth $300 a night though.
Advance tickets to the Biltmore Mansion purchased at the hotel. Only had two day passes. Should provide one and two day options.
Staff is always very congenial and helpful. Coffee tea & cookies are always a nice touch. Breakfast has always been good. Finding a long hair on your bed when you turn it back is never a good sign, but I guess it happens.
Even though I checked in at 2 pm and was only one of a dozen cars in the parking lot I believe that due to my third party booking with Kayak I was deliberately placed in unit 112 which is a very nice room, but is directly adjoining the very noisy continental breakfast kitchen. The banging and noise started at 4:36 a.m. and even with double ear plugs which I went to my car at 4:50 a.m. to get and the white noise turned up on my cell as loud as it would go the noise was still ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I believe that this is well known by staff and a way to get around the Hampton guarantee by putting 3 rd party bookings in this unit. I intend to chargeback this night due to this on my Visa.
One of the nicest Hampton Inn properties. All renovated interior, and well managed. Staff was outstanding. If you want to exercise, location leaves a lot to be desired. The neighborhood is not appropriate for running or walking. Need to go elsewhere. While indoor pool is nice, very limited exercise equipment.
Everything Not many changes in breakfast on different days, but some people prefer the same meal options every day. Not really big complaint, if a complaint at all.
Staff was nice and tried to accommodate the messed up reservation. We booked 2 queens and had to take 1 king for a family of four, because our reservations were not there! The worst part was the room smelled Stongly of cigarettes! Not the best Hampton experience.
The ac in our room made too much noise to sleep. I was unhappy that I could not receive Hilton honors points since I booked using kayak. I didn't save any money by doing so. It would be nice if Hilton showed the same amount of loyalty to their customers as they expect from them.
