Friendly staff. Good room. Modern, kitschy design. Hallways felt a little dreary. Same with the breakfast room.
The front desk people are really nice and helpful. Their staff seems to know what they are doing and genuinely care to accommodate you.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable and the favorite part of my stay!
I especially liked the hi-fi Lounge on our floor. Great place to sit and read when getting up early. Very relaxing.
Staff was very helpful. Hotel was overbooked, but they arranged another hotel, gave a voucher for an extra night and a small gift bag and paid for the transport to my business meeting (since I couldn't use their shuttle).
The tootsie rolls at the front desk, the effort to try and turn a very basic hotel into something a little more via small things like stocking the fridge with a few beverages that you could purchase was a nice effort. While the breakfast may be basic, I thought the steamed rice, fresh pineapples and papaya juice helped make it feel more special than a run-of-the-mill hotel. If you can't change the architecture, you can add little touches, which they did. The fruit infused water was nice too. Staff was great. While we were there they offered fresh-made guac for a small fee during the evening hours--totally unexpected.
The staff would not try to help guests, rather just "do" their job Very bad experience interacting with the staff. Inconsistent information among them to guests, got misled, and they were not helping at all. Disappointed.
Convenient location and easygoing staff. Room 100 is adjacent to the laundry, the lobby, and the breakfast room. It is the only room in the hotel like this. It sees constant noise until 1am and beginning again at 5am. Charging (after taxes) roughly 300/night for such a room is an embarrassment for any hotel, not least a business hotel for commuters. More professionalism please!
