The coffee shop across from the hotel was the best thing about the stay. not affiliated with them but fantastic. Cafe Moka
the entire process of checking in was absurd. No early check in, even if you get the operator to put a note about it. I had done just that and when i got the operator on the phone 30 minutes before the 4pm check in i was told they don't do it and suggested i was making it up, then she found the note and instead of apologizing said to me that those were the "rules". You have to use the phone to get an operator on line to give you a code for the key, all the keys are stored in a lock box in a tiny 4x4 room. when the operator finally answered after about 15 rings, they asked me for my credit card again and said I hadn't paid, which i did. then they give you the "code" to open up the box and take out the 1 key for all doors and your room.
Once we got to the room (no elevator, we were on second floor, but they have 3 floors) the window in the bathroom was open and propped up by two rolls of toilet paper. the bathroom was barely large enough for an average sized women, but my husband was cramped in, the door to bathroom didn't close, the towel and toilet paper holders were broken. the bed was clean and it was very basic small room with a/c in the bedroom window.
it was very disappointing overall and will never recommend or stay there again. DO NOT STAY THERE!
