Great new Spa
Cioppino for dinner was overrated and overrpriced (for the quality of food served) - chocolate ice cream dessert was a big disappointment - staff was incredibly accommodating and courteous however, which compensated somewhat. breakfast buffet was great as well.
I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne with my best girlfriend and it was one of our favorite weekends together thanks to the Ritz! Everything from the valet service to the gorgeous pools and landscape were perfect. Truly a five star experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.
We had access to a private beach where we got to see atleast 45min of AMAZING Fireworks! Location was really nice and peaceful. Nobody disturbed us. Room was equipped with everything that you would think you need. Full kitchen nicely granited, they even included all different pots so you have the option to cook if you'll like. Overall great experience!
Nice quiet place with most of the things you might need provided in you rooms.
Snobby attitudes. Just didn't seem very welcoming
Bathrooms are beautifully decorated but not safe. The glass doors at shower do not close properly and there are no handles to hold on to. My daughter fell in the shower and broke her toe. Hotel staff was very helpful but not a word from the administration.
the reception staff are not so helpful.
I liked that it was on the beach. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was ideal if you're looking for an authentic Southbeach experience. I didn't like being so close to Nikki Beach because the music could be heard in our room from 6 AM to midnight. The food at the hotel was way overpriced ($22 per person for an average breakfast and $16 for a mixed drink!!) I also didn't care for the tiny pool, but the beach made up for it.
the staff were helpfull, and it was ideal for seeing the art deco area. the resterant was very good, i could not falt this hotel.
location excellent no bathrobe& slippers in room the breakfast does not contain a lot of variety the pools are closed at 17h30!so we can not enjoy the pool after a long day of meeting. The jacuzzi in the spa is dirty so that I did not dare to go in(black stuff on the sides
Everything!!! Views are the best of downtown ... Make sure you packed more than one bikini cause you'll be going down to the spa and pools couple times daily lol Saturday afternoon... Was a disturbance w/ a crowd. Police force arrived and closed lobby and streets. I'm assuming was a hip hop/rap kind of party. It was not safe and my Sister, her 2 years old and I couldnt go out for and stroll down Brickell ave.
It is centrally located. Every room has a confusing lighting configuration, I have been here before. Same thing with the shower. Gym is difficult to find and always full. The place is ok, but tried going overboard with being fancy and it's not functional.
Huge room with all modern amenities. Really funky bathroom. Lovely views. Wonderful staff. Room had some small hiccups, including problems with the toilet and a cockroach.
Rooms were clean. Pool was well done. 1.Major reservation issues 2.Most staff encountered were nowhere near 5 star. Staff was not trainined & managed properly. 3.Parking is a mess 4.Broken TV in room that never got fixed.5. Broken coffee maker, sprayed me with hot coffee 6. More issues!
I enjoyed the view I did not like that its a five star hotel but the rooms aren't designed as one.
