Early check-in can be accommodated at a rate$25/hour. Please request in advance so that we may make necessary arrangements! ARRIVAL: Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right way. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours by contacting the owners at (305) 726-1676 or (305) 769-8335. EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Excessive trash and dishes, missed pickups, abuse of linen, and spills will result in additional fees upon assessment. Please clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Pool toys are to be placed back in bins and kept out of the pool. BBQ grill is to be cleaned promptly after use and covered properly to prevent rust and damage. NEIGHBORHOOD: Guest are to be mindful of other residents in the Neighborhood. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am).-No more than 4 cars parked on property per guest stay. EVENTS AND GATHERINGS: STRICTLY ENFORCED: Due to location in residential area, large gatherings of any kind are prohibited at The Wanderer's Palace. Family gatherings, intimate, quiet events and Dinners are fine up to 12 people including children 2-12 years and confirmed guests! Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules. The maximum number of overnight guests is strictly limited to six (6) persons. PARKING: Parking is available on property, in driveway, right in front of garage door. Please do not park on neighbor's lawns or block their driveways. Parking is limited to 4 cars maximum per guest stay! WIFI: The house has free Wi-Fi. The details are: Username: The_Wanderers_Palace Password: thewandererspalace The service is provided for your enjoyment, but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws, including copyright infringement! SOLAR Heating The pool is heated through the solar panels on the roof during the day. Therefore, the amount of sunlight it absorbs and the amount of sun that is available determines the temperature of the water. Usually it is about 8 to 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and the more consecutive sunny days there are, the warmer it gets. If the weather has been cold, most likely the water take longer to warm up. We have no control over how warm it gets when guests arrive! It's totally contingent on the weather. SMOKING is allowed outdoors ONLY. Please discard cigarettes butts properly TRASH PICKUP: is On TUESDAY FRIDAYS. Recycling on WEDNESDAYS. Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Vacation Rental in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas. AMENITIES: Some basic amenities are often provided for your convenience such as Hotel size toiletries, extra towels, coffee, Basic cooking gadgets, cookware, and utensils. Beach supplies such as towels, beach chairs and toys, iron, ironing board, hangers and closet space in each room, Desk area for laptop with pens and lighting, BBQ grill and cookout utensils in kitchen area, guidebooks for area attractions for all ages! BBQ GRILL AND PATIO: Please clean up BBQ Grill and utensils, fire pit and deck area after use and return all utensils to proper location. An extra cleaning fee of $35 will be charged for cleaners to clean grill after your departure. CLEANING: For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning service can be provided every two weeks upon request. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the owners as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in replacement fee. Occasionally, Owner or designated representatives (Housekeeper or repair person) my need to enter property at any reasonable time for inspections, maintenance or repair with advance notice on guest cell phone or platform messaging. Pest Control, Landscape and Pool maintenance personnel may enter grounds of property through side gates anytime without prior notice. CHECK-OUT: Please leave morning dishes clean, and if possible, and optional, please wash/dry a load of towels to make transition for the next guests a little smoother. Our cleaning staff will truly appreciate it. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the owners as soon as reasonably practicable.
