Snowmobiles are permitted on Gladstone city streets and local trails connect you to the rest of the Upper Peninsula and beyond. The recently renovated Gladstone Sports Park is perfect for beginner to intermediate downhill skiers and it boasts 3 rope tows, 1 wire, and 1 t-bar. It also has a snowboard run with a regulation half-pipe and an indoor chalet with concessions. The 'Little Bay Getaway' is well-furnished and features both front and back decks to you can chose whether to enjoy the great view of Little Bay de Noc in the front or sit and relax around the firepit in the large wooded back yard. It also features air conditioning which is unusual in this area. Inside you will find a full kitchen and a large master bedroom with a sitting room to enjoy the view. The sitting room has a futon for additional sleeping room and the futon is partitioned from the main bedroom by a curtain. The fold down couch in the living room is very comfortable and is a perfect spot for up to two children to sleep after a long day at the park. The bathroom features a full size shower and a Japanese style bidet seat on the toilet which has proven to be popular with our guests! There is even an acoustic guitar available for guests to use around the fire at night. They will love having their own space to relax, watch movies, or play video games (Nintendo Wii and Gamecube with many games provided or bring your own to play on our 55” 4K TV). Other amenities include a large shower, 3 high definition TVs with Netflix, Sling Live Internet TV, Blu-Ray players, free wifi, a Japanese style bidet seat, washer & dryer, Air Conditioning (uncommon in this region) and dishwasher. Wie wäre es mit Michigansee (9 Autominuten) oder Hiawatha National Forest (5 Autominuten)? In diesem Feriendomizil erwarten dich 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, ein Grill und Klimaanlage. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN und Fernseher kannst du es dir so richtig gemütlich machen. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner und Handtücher. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck. Actively maintained to the highest standards- The High Banks can sleep up to six people in three queen bedrooms (Plenty of warm blankets,clean white microfiber linens, and lofty cotton towels are included.) The bedrooms surround a mid-century styled family room,with chaise lounge, and chairs. Industrial rustic dining room, with custom six place oak epoxy dining table and chairs gives an excellent place to share a meal. The space has laundry facilities on site stocked with soap and detergents. Breakfast is included! Serve yourself- Items included, but not limited to; several kinds of locally brewed coffee (decaf+reg) also several flavors of single serving pods (kureig+ traditional pot makers in the space), also available are: teas, hot cocoa, several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, peanut butter jelly, bread + more!! There's a large driveway with plenty of parking for boats, RVs, or multiple vehicles. (Please park right at the entrance steps!) The property is actively mowed, and cleared of snow. The guest space is located on the ground floor of the home. Guests entrance door, and key-box are inside of the entry way on the ground floor of the space. (it is a shared entrance, host quarters are on 2nd story.) The rental includes use of the ground floor, front deck, and fenced in back yard with picnic table, patio table with umbrella and chairs, and a fire-pit. (firewood included, please burn responsibly!) The building is a duplex, I reside in the upper unit with my two dogs (wirehaired pointing griffons) Naz+Gryff (they're very friendly!)
