Solid choice for a quick stay No frills Nothing
Everything but the price. The price. Could have been $50-$100 cheaper
The front desk staff was warm and helpful. Nice to have hot tub, pool on-site, easy access to food and shopping. The bottom sheet didn't seem freshly washed (hair/clothing fibers) as if it might not have been changed; but rather than wait for a replacement, I just turned it inside out. The hot tub was a too hot and wouldn't shut off.
room smelled stale, ironing board broken, continental breakfast was very chaotic
Staff was very pleasant, pool was clean, beds were comfortable. Great location. Room cleaners must not have vacuumed...found a metal lighter in the middle of the floor. Breakfast was okay, but the eggs had a rubbery texture. Walls were thin enough to hear the traffic along the highway and someone snoring in the room next to us.
Breakfast was pretty minimal, as you might expect.
This hotel is close to the ski areas and was affordable. Breakfast was good with decent choices. Parking was a nightmare and we ended up parking across a fairly busy street because the lot is very small and full. The beds are very hard.
I liked the service and the location The heating system was not god. Either too hot or no heat.
Location. It was right next to Lake Dillion. Beautiful! Bed very comfortable. It was very loud, people walking by, right at parking lot, people above you. It had horrible breakfast. They charged extra for pet.
Good location just across from the Dillon lake, close to town and not too far from Keystone/other skiing. A little dated but still very nice and well-kept.

This was probably the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in. the bathroom was sparkling clean! Very nice setting next to the lake. The only drawback was the breakfast room was a bit small for the amount of patrons, however there was plenty of food and plenty of spill over room in the lobby to eat. Probably not much to do about that.
This is a very nice older style hotel that has been maintained to the highest standards. The staff was great and perhaps the location is best of all. Right on Lake Dillon, the hotel is right in downtown Dillon next to the best breakfast place in Colorado
Location was excellent and the staff was great. Very thin walls, you could here the people on the rooms on both sides speaking, watching TV, and using the bathroom as if they were in the same room as us.
Good location, fair price, excellent hot breakfast.
The hotel was in a great location in Dillon right next to the lake. The inside of the hotel was clean and well maintained.
This was not a 3-Star Hotel. We used the blankets we brought up for our dog and laid them over the bed. I travel a lot for work and if I gave a relative comparison I would say this was a 1.5-2 star.
I checked in at around 1a.m., but a staff behind the front desk was really kind. The room was also great. Nothing.
Beautiful location! Very small rooms. We paid for location and not convenience or comfort. Bathroom had no fan, was small and door had been chewed on by a dog. We were disappointed.
Beautiful setting! Very clean, comfortable bed. Felt very safe in this area.
The service was exceptional. The front desk clerk even returned at 4:00am to have breakfast ready for those of us riding the Copper Triangle. Great value for our money
Nice Mom and Pop hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly and there was an indoor pool and hot tub which was a plus. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave which was awesome to heat up our snacks and keep our ice cream colx. Decor was lacking, very early 90s.
Staff very friendly, reasonable price, and clean. Beds were a bit too firm.
Room was very clean. Hotel was neat and appeared to be well kept. "Breakfast" was just sweet rolls, waffles, coffee, some juice, toast, etc. Quite spartan. Overall tough, both my wife and I were pleased with the accommodations. Good deal for the price!
room was affordable. very clean, with friendly staff. towels folded very nice. Air & heater system worked well. Celica beware..they had a simple breakfast of cereal and breads, with apples & banana's. a good coffee & juice. bed of sheet rock & firmest pillows we have ever had. husband had to roll up the bedspread to sleep on. mini fridge kicked on with a loud roar every 2 hours. we finally had to unplug the fridge so we could sleep. Celica beware..the breakfast was meager, with only breads & cereals, had no protein.
Gentleman that owned the hotel was friendly, there was a hot tub. Power went out early, not his fault but we still had to check out by 10, which made getting ready difficult. Rooms were basic, beds were hard.
