All was fabulous at the Anza. Love the room. The bed was very comfortable. Henry and Zoe at the front desk were very professional, informed and personable. My only suggestions would be to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and maybe a mirror on the side wall in the bathroom. I wear contacts and it sometimes hard to see across the vanity.
Very friendly staff & offered us late check out since we didn't check in until 2am. Very clean, nice location. Doesn't include breakfast
restaurants and shopping nearby. Internet never worked and had to go outside for cell phone to work. really frustrating.
The Anza was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly so my choices were limited. Luckily! Very contrmporary design with hardwood floors in the rooms. I read comments about the shower design and how the floor gets wet. It does, but who cares? Threw down an extra towel and called it good. Very nice staff and easy check in. Mini-fridge in the room was also nice to keep wine cood. Very spacious rooms so the three of us sharing the room were plenty comfortable. Only downside I found was no room service. There are single brew coffee pots in the room but I would have loved to have been able to have a pot of fresh coffee each monring in the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel which DOES service breakfast and coffee as well.
Rooms, common areas, and facilities were very nice and modern looking. Outside (dirty / run down), the parking (old / run down), and hallways (old / run down).
Great ambience, $6mil upgrade really showed hotel's quality & efforts to be hotel of choice in Calabasas. $10 parking fee No breakfast (?) Guests on 2nd floor (I stayed on 1) can be heard walking around above (ruined the hotel experience).
We had to kick and scream to get a room that matched our reservation. They told us they had no more king bed rooms available. Then after raising a stink they magically found us a king room. There is also no material (magazines) in the room that describe the city or activities in the area.
It was very relaxing environment, also accept dogs.
The beds were amazing!!! The bar was expensive and the staff was not attentive and appeared to only want to serve when it was convenient to them. For the money, I spent I would expect either a complementary continental breakfast or free parking. Neither was available.

rooms clean, bed comfortable. great access to shopping/eating inconvenient hours of fitness center; broken treadmills and not enough of them for the amount of people waiting. pricey for an average hotel

never stayed couldn't make it to hotel never checked in never checked in or had the chance to cancel need a free room there
Quiet location. Good breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Small pool. Jacuzzi water was a disgusting green color.
That was my second time staying at the hotel. The staff is awesome. The hotel is perfectly located and very clean. I will be staying there again.
The friendly staff They should offer free breakfast at the rates they charge.
The building interior/exterior was very attractive and well maintained. Food offered in the morning was well prepared and displayed. The free fruit infused water in the lobby 24/7 was an appreciated plus. The exercise room was too small and the design is flawed as the majority of those going to/from the pool also go through the fitness room. There is no room to perform any floor exercises. There is only one bench to perform weight exercises.
Beautiful hotel with awesome service and great amenities. Just as long as you have a King bed, the queen beds are hard as rocks. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on. Extemely hard, my whole bosy was sore the next morning. You would sleep better if you slept on the floor.
We loved the location, the hotel was beautiful & very clean. The staff were very courtious.
The hotel was in a great location. There was shops & eating establishments within walking distances. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also free parking. The rooms were very nice and clean. There was no free breakfast. So no matter what you ordered for breakfast the price was $11.95 no matter how much or how little you ate. I am a small eater so it was not worth the $11.95 for me.
Hilton Garden Inn provided a large, comfortable room within walking distance of Old Town Calabasas. We had great time.
