Not enough light in the room. Could not see the thermostat to lower the temperature

Location is great. I prepaid the room while I book the room online. When I checked out, the staff still charged me the room in full. I showed him my booking confirmation and he said he needed to check and if it's prepaid, it would be refund to my credit card but in 7 days!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. I am in rush of catching a flight, so I just left. During the conversation, the staff (a black male) was as cold as a statue, I hardly image a service staff works a Hilton is as rude as he is. He didn't even show any apology for the inconvenience. I would never come back again. The worst management I ever see in Hilton.
we had a great sleep,a nice breakfast and a very courteous driver to the airport.
The reservation was correct, the parking was free and very close, easy to find and get to, the breakfast made our day much easier.
A very nice comfortable hotel There was no room service available to order food or drinks. I was disappointed to find this out after I checked in.

That there was a restaurant available for an evening meal unlike in the States where there are few if any restaurants in Fairfield properties. Because I booked through a search engine I wasn't able to get my Marriott points.
Nothing Oh the fact when kayak redirected me to booking.com it changed the date to 8/3 from 8/2 so I had no room. That sucked!!!!!!!
