Loved staff, very helpful. Checked in very late *4am) with 3 small children by myself and front desk offered to help. Would recommend to anyone. Very easy to get to from interstate. Awesome breakfast. Check in/out easy No fan in bathroom. We like white noise when we sleep
Best hotel in Valdosta!!!!!
Top notch facility Quiet Well-run Great staff Best hotel ever!
Shower was not clean
The breakfast in the morning is something that I always look for in the places I stay. Some of the most recent places I have stayed only provided pastries, cereal, and muffins. While Drury provided a great selection of food and beverages. I only stayed one night but one thing I don't care for is seeing people sitting loiter in the front of the hotel drinking alcohol with moderately loud music playing. There should be a place designated for that just like with smoking.
Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was just mediocre, limited choices and everything was cold. This was just a place to sleep overnight. This was my first stay at a Drury Inn ,but, I will never stay here again. Just not what I expected for the price.
Indoor pool Elevator inspection card had been removed from security case and badly written over to 2016. Everyday of my 4 night stay I had to get a new key and/or have the locked work on. Eggs were discs of unknown origin tinted yellow. Danish was ok.
The rooms are really diirty, our sheets had not been changed an there were pubic hairs on the sheets.
Everything except the noise late at night. Sounded like a party going on somewhere which kept us wake. It finally subsided (I'm guessing the hotel staff interceded?).
We booked at the last moment and was surprised to get a complimentary upgrade to suite. The room was overall clean, the staff were all extremely friendly. The pool was a nice addition. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant experience. There were 3 hot items offered (the day of our stay included scrambled eggs, smoked sausage and potatoes). The coffee was delicious, snd i highly recommend the robust coffee. The location is very close to Walmart and many restaurants. It is also one exit away from Wild Adventures, which is where we had spent our day. We typically stay at another hotel chain on our trips to the park, but wanted a better room without bugs. The Hampton Inn was about $25.00 more per night, but well worth it. The beds were nice and comfortable. There were some times the highway noise was loud, but we had a room overlooking the pool. If the noise bothers you, i would suggest asking for a room on the opposite side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we will stay here again in the future. The pullout couch bed had broken springs and wad not clean
Comfy bed with amazing pillows Kids in above room jumping around
Too little to mention. Too much to list.
Easy in/out, nice clean room, comfortable bed.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They treated us well and made special arrangements for us just because we were Hilton Honors Members. I'd recommend this Hampton Inn to anybody.
Clean and comfortable Noisy refrigerator and the air conditioning didn't work. I was tired and it was late. I'm sure if I would have asked for a new room, they would have given me one.
We randomly selected the Valdosta Hampton Inn on our way to Florida (we were moving). I just wanted to say that it was obviously well run and the staff was all about customer service. The room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was top notch.... I even tipped the staff at breakfast. Great place to stay. Nothing comes to mind.
Clean! Comfy. Kid friendly. Breakfast came out a little slow 4th of July weekend. Prep better for hi traffic.
We only stayed for one night, but the staff and room were nice. It is not far (7 miles) from our true reason for visiting Valdosta: Wild Adventures. At this point, I don't of anything that would deter me from returning.
