The cleanliness, the helpful staff, location, continental breakfast, the windows are made to be opened. Our room refrigerator was not VERY COLD.... :-( The lack of luggage carts (they only have 3). That we had to ask to have the breakfast area tables wiped off, they were very dirty and had crumbs on them, and they were sticky.

Great beds and lovely room . Poor service at the check out desk had to wait both times before anyone showed up.
the gal up front was VERY CORDIAL. Very clean place.
Great room, best price in the area.

Everything I needed was in my room. A kitchenette and everything. Free on site laundry and a stocked general store. I understand why it does not have a pool but that was the ONLY thing that I think could make it better for me.
Very nice furnished, and located near many restaurants and stores to choose from. No.
Clean, modern, good staff, convient, great breakfast
The spacious room & large bathroom. When I pulled out the sleeper bed, it was dirty underneath. There was even an old, empty juice box.
Beat part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and professional. For the price it is the best place in town.
WiFi worked Sleazy.only one sheet.
The motel was sketchy & run down. My first thought was " This must be where the drug deals & murders happen in Oshkosh". I ended up staying at a different hotel instead.
Room was just what one needed. not to big or small. Veryclean and updated. could have used a little more insulation in the walls between units. but not bad.
Very home like atmosphere Not much to do no movies to rent or pool kinda boring
could have better makings to get into the motel the round abouts sure can be confusing
Continental breakfast, no eggs, sausage etc. very skimpy choices. Loud snorer in room next to us, could hear like he was in our room!
They missed that I booked 2 days and not 1. Was locked out of my room because of it. Overall hotel in run down shape. old carpeting in room and hotel areas. Cracked sidewalks. very small old CRT TV in room, no fitted sheets on bed. Very old uncomfortable pillows. Bed is bad very hard mattress. No food on premises on Sunday afternoon/evening and all Monday. Pool area too hot and over Clorinated pool. Tile mold in room bathroom, Wall paper peeling off in various areas of the hotel. Basicly a run down hotel - obvious not enough money is spent on maintenance.
From registration to checkout we were cheerfully and attentively served. This includes the front desk, catering, housekeeping, and event coordination staff. Beautiful riverfront setting. Great stay.
It was an available hotel in the area. A lot of hotels were booked for this date. It was not kept up. Old, dated, and low budget. Cheap thin towels, no fitted sheet on the bed, and it is very outdated. Did not get the room that was listed on the website.
That it was downtown. How unclean the room, bathroom and sheets are.
Convenience to everything and the location on the river and center of town.
The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Beautiful lounge and restaurant area. Our view was overlooking the Fox River and beautiful. Great showers, comfortable beds, clean. Adjoining rooms were an extra bonus for our family. downtown location was super, we were able to walk all over the beautiful downtown area of Oshkosh.
The Waterfront had nice, upgraded rooms. We enjoyed the waterfront setting and walking access to Oshkosh's best restaurants, shops and bars. Oshkosh is a gem of a town. We discovered it because it was as close as we could get to the PGA Tournament in Kohler. We are so happy we ended up at the Best Western Premier. Throw in covered parking, easy access to local golf courses and an on-site full service restaurant and you have the perfect spot to stay while in the Fox River/ Lake Winnebago area.
Room was pretty spacious with a good sized bathroom. Very comfy bed & pillows; extra pillows or blankets available on demand. Loved the view of the river, too! Also, nice that the fridge was bigger than just that little dorm room fridge :) It was nice having access to an in room safe, plus microwave & coffee/tea. The extra seating in the room was a bonus, too! The best part might have been location. In town for Lifest, this hotel was only about 6 miles away. Quick drive there & back - great for anyone going to an event at Sunnyview Expo Center. After we checked out, we drove a couple blocks and walked around downtown which was a great way to end our extended weekend stay! Parking in the attached structure, you had to bring your belongings up four steps - doesn't seem like much unless you have a bum knee, brought too much stuff & the desk clerk said there were "no" steps entering the hotel from there. Pool is in plain view of the lobby, but I didn't have time to use it, so I guess it didn't matter too much. Only some floors have ice & vending machines; unfortunately ours didn't - but I will request it next time I book :) Most of the outlets in the room are by the desk. Over on "my" side, most of the outlets are tucked next to the bed and not really usable. So, some little things - but the good outweighs the bad for me :)
It was convenient and within walking distance to the places we planned on visiting. We were disappointed that the lounge and restaurant were closed during our visit. We were looking forward to the raw bar and watching the Sunday night football game.
We had a non-smoking room and we could actually tell it was non-smoking - it smelled clean. That's not always true at some hotels. No continental breakfast. Almost everyone has free continental breakfast or atleast coffee and bagels... No big deal, but making coffee in that 4 cup put in the room just seemed silly, so we went out to buy coffee every morning.
The front desk personnel were excellent. Very personable & accommodating. We were there for a wedding in Appletin & the EAA..
Clean comfortable really nice staff nice roofdeck Had to pay for breakfast.
Freindly, nice newer place, easy access, very clean, good value compared to the competition
