The room was in great condition, very clean. The lobby was really modern but welcoming. Breakfast was awesome! The eggs tasted like real eggs, and there was a good selection of options.
When we walked in to check in, there were some people in front of us who were taking a very long time to check in. I think we waited 20 minutes for them to finally be done. The young man behind the desk didn't handle the situation very well. He didn't make us feel like we were a priority (he didn't even acknowledge us until we had been standing there for 5 minutes) & made us feel bad for making our reservations through "a third party". This put a very bad taste in my mouth. I would think twice about coming back to this hotel for that reason.
