Queen beds were nice and the bathroom was big. Market in the lobby had a good variety of snacks/fruit (a bit pricey). My room didn't have a fridge, but they got one to me in less than 1/2 hour. Very nice staff! Parking right there and not too expensive ($17/day) Room took a bit to cool off, but was nice once it did. At check in I was told that since I booked through a third party (Kayak), they put a $200 hold on my credit card that I would get back. I don't travel much, so I didn't understand this. The room was already nonrefundable.
Great comfortable room
Fantastic service, great staff, beautiful lobby. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet and restful. Some of the furniture was a little beat-up, though not very bad. Room was a little dark; would have appreciated one more lamp.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent!
The staff were helpful in upgrading our accommodations after we expressed disappointment with the room we booked. (See below) The hotel is misleading in what it advertises as a "junior suite" for which they charge $50 extra per night. It is not a suite. It is just a large room. And it's not even good extra space. Just an oversized entry way and an extra strip of space between the bed and TV. Also, when i booked, there was no mention that the room didn't have a window to the outdoors; just an atrium view. Definitely not worth paying for. But the staff was kind enough to get us a better room. Apparently they've heard this complaint before. My biggest complaint is with Kayak/Orbitz customer service. The first person I called was helpful, but got disconnected. The second argued with me and then refused to escalate me to his manager. Instead he tried to transfer me to the hotel, but nobody answered. I called back again and asked for a manager at Orbitz, but nobody answered there either. I wanted to reward Kayak with the booking since I used their service to find the hotel, but I will never book via Kayak again after that atrocious customer service.
I liked it that even though I booked the reservation online and they had no record of my reservation when I checked in, they found a room for us and upgraded us for a minimal charge. They were very accommodating and apologetic.
Mir gefiel die Einrichtung. Die Atmosphäre war sehr lustig und jugendlich. Das Zimmer war schön dekoriert. habe nach einem Zimmer mit Aussicht gefragt und bekam die 5. Etage. Wir wollten etwas höheres in einem 28-stöckigen Gebäude.
Die Zimmer waren erstklassig! Sehr sauber. Die Betten sehr komfortabel.
Eingangsbereich /Rezeption zu dunkel - wirkt abweisend.
Ich liebe dieses Hotel es ist in der Nähe von allem. Ein bequemer Fußweg von der Stadtbahn und Nicollet Mall
Sehr modern und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Super Lage um zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu laufen. Parken war teuer, vor allem für einen eintägigen Aufenthalt.
In der Nähe von allem, was Spaß macht in der Innenstadt von Minneapolis. Parkplatz
