Great staff and very clean. Good location Rooms and furniture a bit tired and run down
Very outdated. Needs to be updated.
Great breakfast, nuce rooms, friendly staff. Ran out of cots so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor.
Rec facilities were nice for the kids when the desert T-storms roll through. The stupid sky light!! 5:30 AM wake up call whether you want it or not! Who puts a sky light in a motel room?
the location of this hotel is superb with close access to all the parks and the town of Kanab is a really nice small town. the building is dated. the floors on the 2nd level creak. a lot. how anyone slept underneath me while i walked to the bathroom is a mystery. the price is high for a hotel room, you can find a better deal in a different town.
It was roomy & very comfortable . The breakfast was very good & had the best sausage I've had in a long time. The floors were noisy because they were wood & when someone went out their door to their room it made a big noise when it shut.
The only thing to like was leaving. The room is actually located in the lobby, 20 feet from the busy restaurant! It was so loud I could not hear the TV, and the low watt bulbs did not provide enough light to read! The front desk clerk did not look up at me when I checked in because she was so busy with her cell phone. I left after checking in and did not come back until as late as possible, but still had to suffer through the end of the evening before putting in ear plugs for the remainder of the night. This place was the worst hotel I've stayed at in about 20 years!
Nothing at all! This motel should be investigated for legal/criminal issues. The owner was suspect in ethics. Tenants were intoxicated and unruly. Condition of the entire facility was awful. We would never consider staying at this place for safety reasons.
Location was good -- easy to find. Really small room. Bed was new but rest of furniture was shabby. Ice machine not working. Coffee pot broken. Shower didn't drain. VERY limited b-fast items. Mgr & wife spoke broken English - communication difficult. Will find another motel for next trip.
Rooms where very very small and they had a smell. Staff asked for tips for doing their job.
The location from Zion National Park. Inspite of the negative, it was an OK place to rinse off and rest before another day of hiking the parks. The mattress was wonderful and the bath new.First impression: sketchy, appeared to be under renovation. Parking was full when we arrived, folding chairs were outside the door, stacked mattresses near the outside door. The room was small, the furniture was old and miss matched. There was a mattress in the entry.Breakfast was all carbs,no yogurt or eggs.
The bathroom appeared to have been recently tiled, and nicely. Shower drain was clogged. Mattress was way beyond it's life, dished-out and lopsided. Back was killing me in the morning. Manager had no command of English language. Her son (10yrs. old?) performed business transactions, while she watched. Yikes!
Front desk claimed things weren't possible and complained about having to accommodate because she didn't sleep
lier. boss did not know which room are booked. Wet bed. Smell bad. Terrible hall way and dirty room. Terrible hotel !
Situated in the heart of the city. Coming from a 24 hour town, keep in mind this town rolls up the sidewalks at 11pm.

nice staff. let me in room early. newer bathrooms. easy access to room. not sure when breakfast starts..internet works well. id stay here again.thanks no
In retrospect, it would have been worth the extra money to upgrade to a real hotel. Many to choose from in Kanab.
Nothing. Dirty, garbage everywhere. Illegal smoking by every door. Need more space to write it all.
The room was clean and updated. It also had a full kitchen which was great in saving us money on the trip. There is no housekeeping. Acquiring new towels for our 3 day stay was a bit inconvenient, but for the reasonable price it's hard to complain.
the room was beautiful. Great decor, spa tub, comfortable beds. yes, I expect housekeeping to clean my room very day. They did not. When I spoke to management about it, they said rooms are cleaned every 3 days, unless you ask for daily service. That was my only complaint. but it was important to me.
The room was very well done. The kitchen had all the basic necessities we would need, something other hotels with kitchens do not do. The room was clean and nicely updated. We got there very late and the staff was nice and left the key for us after hours. Overall it was a great stay, and a gas station across the street was convenient with some food items to cook in the room as well.
I really liked the room layout, design, and hotel location. Since it's a dog friendly hotel, which is great, but there was some dog hair on the white bedding and a yellowish stain.
It was very thoughtfully set up inside with everything you'd need. It was a more sophisticated and higher quality experience than I'd expected.
the room smelled so badly of chemicals we had a hard time sleeping I assume they fixed something in the room because by morning the smell was half as bad - but that did not make up for my lack of sleep
Free parking The room was dirty. The beds were cheap and squeaked a lot. The room was dirty. The coffee maker had old coffee in it. The freezer had food in it. The tub drained very slow. They did not have daily housekeeping.
Room looked nice. They ask you to take out your own trash and charge $15 for housekeeping. Did not provide hairdryer. Blinds broke when we tried to close them. Bed was squeaky. Took hours to cool room down as heat was in full blast. refused us extra towels, etc etc.
Updates rooms! The room was awesome and the bed super comfy!
