The staff was very nice. The hotel overall wasn't very clean. My room door was very beat up. Paint on the bathroom door and hair was in the bath tub. The floors seem stained All over.
Staff was friendly I families that were there were out of control and very loud. The breakfast room in the morning had children unattended and they were destroyingbthe room. We left to get breakfast somewhere else. Not a good stay. Also the beds were very hard.
Great place for the money. It was cheap so I was expecting a dive, but the place was quite nice.
Check in was at the hotel next door. Front desk did not have our on line booking. Very slow to check people in. Staff gave us key to wrong hotel. Staff was overwhelmed. The only saving grace of this hotel is that it cheap and it has a waffle machine.
The room was spacious and well maintained. The hall and stairs were being repaired which was needed.
Very clean good service friendly staff All good
Room was nice, great location, good service The bathtub was patched and looked gross but was clean.
I liked that the hotel was right off the freeway, but tucked in a corner so it wasn't noisy. Parking and Wi-fi were free. The hot tub was also open, which was great. BED BUGS! Found, captured a bed bug on our wall, took it to the front desk. Clerk was no help, and wouldn't let us speak with a manager. We found his # on google - he was RUDE and hung up. We ended up sleeping in our car instead of with the bed bugs.
Location Thin walls - especially the doors to the (very loud) hallway. Forget about trying to take an afternoon nap - the housekeeping staff went about their (very loud) business without concern for guests.
Front desk had a great check in person Very dirty room especially the carpet and bedding, outside doors did not lock, and did not have a hot breakfast. It looked like a motel 6 but I think motel 6's were actually cleaner.
The double queen room was nice. We had plenty of room to stretch out after a long travel. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast at Denny's with the hotel discount.
People lurking around in hallways. Side door not locked. Stair carpeting disgustingly dirty. Old tube style tvOS so bad they were almost not viewable. Told staff the hotel was unsafe and they just looked at me. Glad to get out of there. Shameful!
For me location No
Hotel room was dirty. Toilet was not clean and was gross.
Eas to get to. Room had a wet floor, mini fridge unplugged along with coffee maker and lamp. Bathroom had used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Exhaust was filthy with dirt falling from it. When I informed the front desk said no manager was available for 2
Price. This is ok for one night. But not for more days. The pillows felt like logs. The maid service was always late in the day. The TV was old and hard to see. The 'breakfast' was stale donuts and coffee. They did have a walfle machine but twice we had to wait for the employees to use it. Overall Not Good.
Pool and hot tub, big grassy area for dogs, comfortable beds and room. Limited breakfast options.
The hotel was great - clean, safe, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Perfect place for a quick stop while heading to Zion and Bryce Canyon the next day.
We were put in a room that was clearly not ready. There was no handle on the bathroom door and the curtains did not cover the window and you could see right into our room! I tried calling the front desk several times with no answer. In the morning when i told the front desk they just said"okay". There was no apology or compensation.
Didnt know that part of the hotel was under construction, inconvenient. They did comp a free room next stay but the time line is too short to be useful. See above
All of it Hot tub hours
This hotel was clean and relatively new. The rooms were large enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast was good. We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater. There was only one person on duty at the front desk and she was unable to resolve the issue. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to get a different room.
The staff seemed friendly, the room was quiet, the pillows were good, and the WiFi worked. Breakfast was average. The room number on the door was a piece of paper that was taped over the previous chain's room number plaque. Apparently Ramada bought the hotel back in October and hasn't bothered to actually switch the room plaques in 8 months, so the tape holding on the paper covers is no longer sticky and they are flapping in the wind. The pipes rattled in the wall every time I turned on the sink. The shower curtain had a tear in it. The bathroom in the lobby was filthy, and they had a glade air freshener setting on the counter to attempt to cover the scent. In the breakfast area, part of the floor is uneven and not adhered to the floor properly, so I nearly tripped moving through the area.
Accommodations were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The outside was a little run down and the pool was out of service.
Oh my, where to begin?! I had such a relaxing stay that I wish everywhere were as great! It was a terrific experience from the moment Charity greeted me at the front desk, to the moment I discovered I had the option to using their sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, or eating at their attached resraurant. But the real amazement occurred when I walked into my room and was floored by the square footage, full bath, vanity, fridge and microwave, super comfy bed and pillows and soft linens, and sofa. I heard baby crying next door and the parking lot was slippery without being prepared with proper winter attire.
Comfortable bed, easy access from freeway. Could have been a little more cleaner in bathroom
