Due to the necessary work being performed on lanais and facades, and the potential for falling debris, apartment lanais will be closed during working hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) while work on the vertical stacks is being performed. Access to lanais during non-working hours will be allowed unless safety issues are discovered and require temporary closure. During stack construction, lanai furniture will be consolidated and protected with plastic sheeting. Lanai surfaces may become dusty during stack construction.
