The Space: Your home for the week has everything you need to enjoy the outdoor/indoor lifestyle of The Berkshires. Large families will enjoy multiple levels to spread out including a separate in-law suite over the garage. The inviting and open kitchen is the perfect place to gather after a day exploring. Renovated and ready for you to make home cooked meals including a gas stove, double sink and stainless steel appliances. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware. For the coffee lovers in your group you’ll find a drip coffee maker, Chemex and French Press plus an electric coffee grinder. There are four seats at the counter and in a separate dining room there is seating for twelve guests. Plenty of space for all to enjoy home cooked meals! Multiple living spaces including comfy living room with plenty of seating and the finished lower level that has two TVs (one for gaming) and a ping pong table. The living room and lower level each have large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. In total, there are six bedrooms to accommodate up to fourteen guests during your stay. For easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts: First floor bedroom: Queen size bed 2nd floor master: King size bed with ensuite bathroom 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with Queen size bed 3rd Floor Cupola: Full size bed with 360 degree views of the entire property Separate in-law suite with Queen size bed Two extra cots with memory foam mattresses, perfect for kids! The house has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. There are two full baths on the second floor, one full bathroom in the inlaw suite, and a half bath on the first floor. The master bathroom has a tub and separate shower and the two other bathrooms have stand up showers. Outdoors you’ll find privacy and a quiet space, perfect for enjoying the gorgeous trees and the sounds of owls and woodpeckers. Situated on five private acres, you can enjoy either the front porch with gorgeous Loll furniture or the back yard with back deck, gas grill, and dining table for up to eight guests. There is an acre of woods where you can explore the trees and enjoy nature. There's a hammock, saucer swing, soccer goals for fun games and a firepit with six Adirondacks as well. Other things to note: -Plenty of AC to keep you cool. There are split systems in the living room, dining room, and the four bedrooms in the main house. The in law suite has two window units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. -Three stairs to front door, there is one bedroom on first floor. Twelve stairs to main floor and about 16 stairs via outdoor stairs to reach the inlaw suite. -Hardwood floors throughout -Fitness area with Schwinn C4 Bike in Basement and Heavy Boxing bag, to be used at your own risk. -Parking available on the driveway for up to six cars, parking in the garage is not allowed. -Washer dryer available for your use. -Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for our guests. The owner of the house lives here while guests are not staying. Some personal effects may be around. With this in mind we ask that you treat the house with utmost respect. While you are staying with us: -No parties. -Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window. -Bring your furry friends, one dog is allowed. Up to 25 pounds is $100 and anything over 25 pounds is $200. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies. Also, up to one cat is allowed for $200. Pets are not allowed on the living room couches! -No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature. -Private septic: only waste and toilet paper may be put down the toilet–no wipes, feminine hygiene products, facial tissue, or paper towels. No food, oil, or coffee grounds may be put down the kitchen or any other sink. No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Accidental damage waiver does not cover pet damage whether reported or not.
