location. the staff tried to be helpful but they are under staffed our daughters room had been poorly cleaned. when her daughter spilled milk on bed she removed the bedding which revealed a lot of dried urine that had not been cleaned up. the mattress pad was actually stuck to the mattress cover. door key cards only worked like 2 times in a row then we would have to go get new ones. not much for breakfast selection.
Location, price and quality of the room. Parking spaces, could use a few more.
It was so calm I liked staying there for the perfect price I wish you guys had better Channels
The location is convenient, rooms are big and comfortable there was black mold growing on the grout in the shower and the shower curtain was orange on the bottom and smelled heavily of mold. Was there because of a medical procedure and was not allowed to check in a couple hours early. First staff member was rude and second was OK. Both were overwhelmed with guests and had no help
Beautiful common area, great price point. Starbucks and other eaterys within strolling distance. Rooms are nearing a point where a remodel would be necessary. You are in Beaverton, and in a business park -- so don't expect much from the neighborhood. Except for the Starbucks mentioned above.
This isn't up to the usual DoubleTree standard. Noisy location right next to highway and a gas station, sink and tub drains were both clogged with dirt in tub upon arrival, but worst yet... No one seemed to care and it went unfixed without an apology at checkout.
Pay the few extra dollars to stay at this hotel. It was beautiful! The rooms were clean and upscale, friendly service, great breakfast, near freeway, great wi-Fi, comfortable sitting area, nice beds. Loved it! Wish we had stayed here all three nights of our Portland visit instead of saving a few bucks and staying in dumps the first two nights. Don't love the pet accommodations. Our office chair haf quite a bit of dog fur over it.
Dinning facility should have later hours
The facility was better than I expected.
The staff was amazing. Frenando was awesome. We were given a room upon checkin that was clean and very comfortable. On the second night of our stay however we were in a room right above their banquet rooms and they had an event scheduled with a live band. The band was so loud it vibrated the floor. Frenando was very nice and move our room to a room that we couldn't hear any of the noise. He was very polite and expressed his sincere apologies for the mix up because those rooms were supposed to be blocked due to the event. Also we ended up extending our reservation and adding two nights since the hotel staff was so great.
It was an awesome relaxing stay Loved the comfortable beds and the pool and hot tubs were the best! I loved that there was a bar and restaurant
Very pleasant & efficient location with an excellent level of services and helpful frontdesk. Maybe too far away from Portland with difficult traffic conditions to reach downtown.
My number one concern staying at a hotel is its cleanliness. This hotel was very clean and the bed comfortable. All staff interaction were friendly and courteous. The staff in the cafe were particularly friendly. It fit our needs very well. The environment is a bit sterile, more fitted to a business class and not a family. We all thought the pictures on the wall in our room were a bit "creepy".
First of all, the staff was fantastic! They were very friendly while we were there and then went above and beyond to ship our forgotten shoes to us. We also really enjoyed the location. It was close to the freeway and we especially liked walking to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner and to Elmer's Restaurant for breakfast. The beds very very comfortable. The kids had fun playing in the pool. They loved the basketball hoop that was there. Thank you for a great visit!
Rooms where clean and comfortable, the saltwater pool and hot tub was awesome.
almost perfect it was not clear that our booking included breakfast for me and my 2 collegues
