Veranda and clean facilities Polite folks Staff checking up on me, calling and knocking and even coming in room Suggesting I should not have a guest
Most staff friendly and professionally Rooms were not clean , especially the bathrooms sheets not changed while there and water boiler went out had to take a shower in cold water and staff seemed not to care and did not offer a sincere apology or explanation and hotel was booked so no other acccomadations available. Restaurant food not the best, menu the same all week Service was poor nor friendly and took at least an hour or more to get food and anything else asked for we had to wait for and received usually when we no longer desired them. My son ordered ribs and it was very fatty and we complained but all they was stated was the cook would be notified. Ordered hamburger plain when receiver after an hour of waiting it was brought with everything on it . Took back and waited over40 min we cancelled it and manager said it was almost done to please take it , inspire of us telling her we no longer wanted it and tired of waiting .
Bed was comfy. Room service was ok. - We arrived at 11pm (11 in the evening to be super clear) and not only did they have trouble finding the confirmed reservation, but they also didn't have the room ready. We booked days prior and also called to confirm the reservation the day before. - Upon checkout there was a $40 phantom charge that wasn't agreed upon. They would not let us leave until we paid this, and I promptly challenged the charge with my credit card company.
