That it was close to the consulate Everything staff was rude, they had bed bugs.Staff wanted to hook up with customers there when they traveled alone. 6/6/15
It's location is the best. It was close to everything. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. Very inexpensive. Great value for my money. Very few amenities. I had to open the window because the AC was not turned on. But it was great for the price.
Nothing, bad service. Nothing, bad service.
It was walking distance from all my appointments. Unfriendly staff, our reservation was at 3pm and we didn't get check in until close to 5pm. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were to small.
Friendliness, & made me feel welcomeN N/A
I have to travel to Juarez Mexico for business purposes.I stayed for 9 days and the service was excellent staff and people there are very nice. They have delicious breakfast which is included. Most of the customers where there for similar reason so we share experiences and I left leaving great friends there. I will definitely come back and choose same hotel again. I didn't like WiFi. I couldn't access to my tablet no Internet access and the only computer you can use is old. I think if they provide better Internet connection would be really nice and ppl would feel 1000 % satisfied.
All ladies front desk great the guy in front desk rude security great people very helpful The guy in front desk not very helpful very rude
It's close to the consulado In internet show a picture of the room and we you're see the room is smaller that's disapointed
Clean, good breakfast, staff overall everything is pretty good Is just 1 washer and dryer, Internet is bad
i like the closeness to the consulate and everything you need for your visa The wifi didn't work as you expect it. The breakfast wasn't impressed they didn't change the menu. There van wasn't available until I left.
The extra services the hotel offers were unexpected but very convenient. Free taxi and breakfast saved a lot of money. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in when more than one person was involved. Otherwise it was very comfortable.
Clean, is within walking distance to everything you need if your going to consulate Breakfast could be better
Really really nice people, close by consulate, breakfast monday through friday, confortable rooms. Staff helpfull and knowledgeble would highly recomend and would stay again. Hotel shuttle to DHL Had to be asking and constantly reminding them for clean towels when showering, also all there towels were really old. Only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel, they should have more. They should offer the shuttle to WALL-MART again. They stopped taking people to wall-mart
I highly recommend this hotel because the staff is super polite and courteous. Our hotel room was clean and its location is great; its walking distance from the american consulate, restaurants, and a shopping mall. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at microtel. Our room smelled funky, the breakfast was OK, I paid close to $400 dollars not pesos but dollars for 5 days. Which I thought was a little steep.
Excellent breakfast ALWAYS full, so make sure you have a reservation.
Hotel is clean and centrally located for business at the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez. Continental breakfast and evening snacks/drinks are complimentary and great quality. Staff were very professional and superbly helpful.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Best location by far if you are in Ciudad Juarez for Consulate interview. Nothing too fancy, but was nice and clean. Would highly recommend. Within a block walking to clinics, fingerprinting and consulate. Shuttle at hotel to take you to pickup your DHL package or take you to Wal-Mart if you are needing anything that you left behind. Made a stressful experience much better. Thank you!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
For the purpose I went everything was really close for me . The staff was really helpful especially the drivers The TV cable went out for at least 16 hours
My husband and I chose this hotel because of its price and location. We loved the fact that it was close to the consulate and to the clinics. Everything was within walking distance. We were literally in the same parking lot of 2 restaurants and minutes away from shopping. The employees were always polite and welcoming. Most importantly we felt safe in a new city. The price was fair and the breakfast were good. As soon as i walked into the bathroom and closed the door i noticed a dead spider and pieces of trash on the floor. We were the for 6 day in total. On the third day we had housekeeping clean the room. Whoever did it just made the beds she did not clean the bathroom or vacuum nor clean the headboard/mirror of the bed. What I hated is that she left the curtains wide open. (Mind you we were on the first floor right infront of the parking lot.) If anyone wanted to walk up to the window and see our luggage and other personal items. We were out of the room for almost 9 hours, who knows how long the curtains were open for. Oh and I wish they would add the option of water to the vending machine. Other than that i would recommend this hotel.
This was false advertised as being in America and I didn't stay there because I had to rebook a hotel that was in AMERICA. I want my money back. It's not in El Paso which is what I typed in. Beware.
Bed was very comfortable, and overall room was very clean. Great presentation. We ordered room-service and the food was outstanding! The bellboys were awesome, very helpful and friendly (can't say the same about the rest of the staff) The gardens and pool are beautiful, clean, and family friendly. Jacuzzi was cold, had to ask for it to be turned on however after about an hour it was only a bit warm. Also having to leave an ID to borrow towels for the pool/Jacuzzi I thought was odd and felt a sense of distrust from the hotel. The vent in the restroom was not working, I mention this to the cleaning lady and she said simply that there was no air available in the restroom. The staff was courteous but not as friendly as I would expect, I have previously stayed in Hotel Maria Bonita and the staff there was much friendlier, no matter where we turned all the staff would say hello and asked if they could be of assistance. In Lucerna we had to ask for any help, some of the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence.
excellent buffet staff is very friendly and accommodating , room quality is outstanding very clean. the buffet is billed separately it is not included with most reservations not a big deal onsite it was 234 pesos
