Chose this hotel because of indoor pool and complimentary breakfast which I saw as great features for the two 5 yo kids and for my baby boomer parents. 1) The hotel consisted of a number of disjointed buildings which was a hassle with the rain. 2) Customer service at the front desk level was horrible. I asked for a few extra bags of caffeinated coffee and was told that there was " Not anymore caffeinated coffee in the entire hotel". Luckily the maids reached into their carts and obliged with terrific attitudes. 3) Staff working the complimentary breakfast gave NO smiles and appeared to be annoyed that ppl showed up. We received a prepackaged cereal box that had been obviously opened previously. 4) Rooms were small, poorly cleaned, & lacking in soap, towels (of all sizes), and toiletries, including toilet paper! There was one (1) bar of soap and 3 towels for a room booked for 3 adults and 2 tots. Overall experience: POOR I would not stay there again!
Liked having breakfast at the inn. It was quite good, although they picked up immediately at the closing time! With the two restaurants next store didn't mind not being able to eat at the inn. Main problem with location was trying to get to the inn from the main highway. Had problem accessing Frontage Rd.( I think that was the name), particularly at night.
there was nothing to like. we were too tired to go somewhere else. flies breeding in our room, hair in the bathtub, carpet frayed and pulling up, short of towels, we received a free with our room breakfast but were afraid to eat it.
Front desk staff was amazing about handling an early check in issue that I was faced with. Very professional and courteous. The back door was not locked during my stay.
The only good thing about this hotel was the new employee that handled the happy hour duty, was very pleasant, and helpful. Had to ask for toilet paper twice.Dirty elevator. Not safe due to non guest staying in the lobby all night. Also, hanging out in cars in the parking lot all night.Very unsafe.Went through many times, and nobody was ever at the front desk.Strange, and scary.
The room looked brand new. Exceeded my expectations. Very upscale. The location (no places to eat nearby).
Friendly staff; rooms were clean; bed was excellent-very comfortable! A little rough around the edges;could be cleaner in stairwell and hallways.

THE GENERAL MANAGER AND STAFF IS OUTSTANDING. HOTEL IS STANDARD PRICED FOR AREA.
Easily accessable but out of the main flow of traffic. Accidentally booked a smoking room. My fault but it was the last room at the hotel so I couldn't swap. Room was ok other than the smoky smell.
It was near where I need to go in town. It was way over priced for what it was. It was very run down and there were stains on the furniture and the place has a bad stale odor.
Nice room, later out well. Clean . Room was not ready at 3:00 pm check in time. Smell of smoke overpowered air freshener.
We've stayed here twice before and found the facility to be acceptable, if not exceptional. But this time the toilet was dirty (I mean skid marks!), the mini-fridge still had food in it, towels were short, and the A/C leaked water all over the rug. I don't even want to think about what else remained from the previous guest that I couldn't see. They did knock $* off the price, but that's not enough to get me back. So we're still looking for a decent motel in Alexandria or Lafayette. Zero for 8 so far.
The room was very nice and the bed was amazing! The bathtub was slightly questionable, but not so much that I was afraid to shower.
This trip was during a youth conference and youth baseball tournaments, so I expected noise...yet I heard nothing. Our room was very nice; it included a microwave and fridge, a flats creen TV, coffee maker and an air conditioner that kept the room to our liking. I could not have asked for better accommodations.
Wanted 2 beds only got 1. Room was nasty and staff was rude All of it
We were not happy with the room but the staff who took over for the night shift worked hard to make things right We booked a room that promised to 'accommodate 2 adults' it had a single full(possibly queen)bed. Priceline told us on the phone that as long as the room had 1 bed they consider it large enough for 2 adults because one of us could sleep on the floor.
The lady was very welcoming when I checked in. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets felt like I was laying on sandpaper, and I would have been better off sleeping with a balled up towel instead of those pillows!
It was close to the ball park. The hotel was dirty, old, and run down looking. The carpets/room smelled and the gym area really had a bad ob odor.

The front desk at check in and check out were excellent. Hotel employee was particularly good and also knew the community and made excellent suggestions for supper. No. Would have no reservations about staying there again if I was in Alexandria.
It had a bed in it. The swimming pool was closed due to the filth, it was green & slimy. It had rats that kept us awake at night. The upstairs bathroom flooded so it flooded our bathroom. And you could tell it had happened many times in the past. The shower curtain fell. sic
Yes horrible staff
Nothing Alot! The floors were terrible! Dirty, had crumbs all over, smelled the mold, found a couple of cheese wrappers on the desk, hair in the bathtub, on towels and on floor, around the edges of the bathroom floor were just disgusting! Microwave was even dirty
The room was small, but clean, no smells, and comfortable. A tiny double bed is all you will get bidding on Priceline. I called for details about the room Priceline got me. The attendant said it was a queen which turned out to be a double. It was the smallest hotel room in America. It didn't seem to be used very often. I think it's reserved for Priceline customers only.
Large variety of breakfast items, friendly staff, comfy beds Pool was dirty and very small compared to pics which was very upsetting because after a stressful week I wanted to relax in the pool.
Clean room. Plenty of towels. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Shower had a obvious crack and you tell they tried to cover it... No DVD player
The hotel room was clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street was convenient and delicious. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!
