This hotel us wildly overpriced as a "five star" hotel when the service it delivers is somewhere btwn a one and two star hotwl. The "Guest Services Center" is often unmanned and your call can ring and ring foe an hour without any one answering. When someone finally picks up, they barely speak intelligible English and they're just rude. As far as actually attending to your need? No, not a chance. Really, the service at this hotel is an absolute disaster. In particular the restaurant manager is extraordinarily rude and I professional. And the breakfast buffet is a total disappointment, FYI. Everything.
It took our strong argument before they could give us the hotel we booked , which the call spirit. Please check it so that people will not continue to be getting annoyed when ever they get there.
