The Loft is a charming, bright and sunny oceanfront one bedroom apartment located on the ocean in Glen Cove, Rockport, Maine with magnificent water views, onsite ocean access, onsite parking right outside your door. A brand new remodel in 2017 with Wi-Fi and two TV’s. The maximum of people we permit is two adults and no children. There is one assigned private parking space for one car, no street parking please. The Loft is a walk in, corner two story apartment with a full kitchen, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer, breakfast bar, sitting area with a television, love seat and ottomans for extra comfort. Ottomans are stored in the downstairs closet under the stairs. The patio door leads to the outdoor deck with two comfortable swivel chairs and access to the water and small sandy beach at Glen Cove. One can comb the beach for sea-glass lots of hidden treasures and more. Upstairs large king bedroom with magnificent ocean-views, television, bathroom walk in tiled shower and lots of closet space, shelving and climate control machine with heat and air conditioning. One can enjoy the amazing ocean-views over morning coffee on the deck or just relaxing with a good book. This rental is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden and One mile from the Samoset Resort and Country Club Golf Course. No parties or large gatherings allowed. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside, the deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds.
