Very friendly staff No complimentary breakfast. Have to pay for parking
The atmosphere, the room the staff all good. We will stay again next time in Moncton. No No
very good location, close to shopping and restaurants. also close to Farmers market (Sat.). I like that area to walk and shop. Nice rooms and many extras in the hotel such as pool and exercise area, a few restarants, the room had a coffeee machine and microwave and frig. The room was large. I could hear people in the hall talking easily. The doors don't seem to be sound proof. thye charge for parking.
Suited my needs. Room rate was expensive.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both of the restaurants in the hotel were outstanding as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Although common for city hotels, I did not like the extra charge for parking. I would rather they absorb it into the price.
Room and bed were great. Location surpurb and value exceptional. The restraunt meals was four star
Clean room and friendly service Cost of the room (small room for $200) and the extra cost for parking
The design of the surroundings
Gisselle the bar person, the night i stayed was courtiose, freindly and derserves a raise.
Staff were great. Lobby was beautiful and the restaurants were nice. The pool was disappointing small. The water slide does not go into the pool. It's just a water slide by itself. It stops dead the picture shows that there is sand by the pool and water slide. No sand.
The friendly staff No continental breakfast included. For the same price, all the other motels I've stayed in in Moncton include it. Also, the bathtub needs to be upgraded, the tiles were dirty.
The hotel was very convienient for our viewing of the Christmas parade and just perfect for our grandchildren to come in afterwards to warm up I found that the room was a bit too "tight" with two queen size beds when we had asked for a king.
Location Amenities Quiet Environment Upscale Facility Pricing / Choices for Breakfast
Kayak allowed me to reserve (pre-pay) a 2 Queen bed room however, the Hotel did not have any rooms of this type available and had us booked in a 1 King with pull out couch for our family of four. Unfortunately, due to reserving the room through a third party (Kayak), the Hotel could not do anything for me.
very comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, unobtrusive and helpful staff Didn't like the fact that there was no convenience store or tuck shop for small personal items in the hotel, and anything suitable was a long walk away.
Staff's help and advice, especially that from Ingrid at the front desk, was exceptional. Moncton was a way-station on the way from Nova Scotia to Montreal, and Ingrid and the Inn's staff made an overnight stay a pleasure and delight.
Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
The room was modern, nicely decorated, had good amenities and was quiet. An extra towel we asked for was quick to arrive. The breadkfast has lots of variety and the hotel swimming pool was clean and bright. We thought that the evening fingerfood "meet and greets" were a nice touch. At check-in we had to ask about everything, ie no details on where breakfast would be served, the "nickelodeon" program for (our) children that was available. Also the roll away bed we requested was not available and we had 4 people booked for our room and only 3 towels were in the room. It also wouldn't have hurt for the cleaning staff to vacuum the carpet behind the sofa bed every now and again. It was noticeably grubby as soon as I lifted it to use it. The down duvet for the sofa bed had no cover on it (maybe this is normal??) and only 1 extra pillow in the pack. The $12 plus tax per day parking charge seemed a little steep. Pretty small issues though as stay was enjoyable.
Clean comfortable rooms Good location Breakfast was bad.
Free water or beer, which we chose, was offered upon our arrival. Bottled water in the rooms. Snack bag to go in the morning. Breakfast buffet was fine. Windows that didn't open -- but that is becoming more and more rare.
