We thought the hotel was beautiful. Located in a quiet part of Lech, about a 10 minute walk to the center and gorgeous views. It is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent.
Lech is a skiing destination and the hotel staff knew nothing about the conditions on the mountain, the ski rental shops (we needed to rent our skis and our babysitter knew more than the hotel staff!), or the ski school. As we were there for a short stay, this was extremely frustrating. In addition, the hotel is described as being child friendly and they do have a wonderful kids room full of toys, however, our children are aged 1 and 3 and found the dining room a bit too formal and dinner doesn't start until 7pm which is quite late for the little ones.
