The pillows failed the standard of a 3 star hotel; awful smell. The room pictures showed in website did not reflect the actual room which is at the old wing. We requested for two rooms, both single bed but request not fulfilled. The rooms were adjacent without the service door in between. Another disappointment and inconvenience for the family. The noise insulation was really bad.

Without the overall staff being,very friendly and helpful, I don't think I could write down a single thing. The porters and concierge desk especially was helpful. Hotel is not up to previous standard. In room services lacking (only 1 glass per day, using standard sheets on King bed, etc.) Restaurant and room service fare not up to standard (in fact some what quite distasteful). Driving around JB is complicated and stressful at best. This hotel is very difficult to locate and return to by car. Parking lot and elevator has a very "used" look. Meal buffets are crowded so the traffic flow needs to be improved to reduce the wait times.
good location,in the city centre near to shopping centre and custom check point to Singapore. no complaint

The staff were really friendly and approachable. It is so far the best hotel i've stayed in Johor. Apparently, there were blood stains on the carpet and bed sheets.
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a great central location and is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. A bargain at the price we paid.
Service is no good. Not value for money.
