The daytime staff was pleasant and eager to help. The room was quiet, no noise could be heard from other tenants.. The view and location on the Missouri River is excellent with a nice walking trail along river and walking access to restaurants Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was new and the plastic was still on the mattress, which made for us sweating and sticking to the bed. We were in the smoking area and the smell was strong The express breakfast was coffee and a very few snacks with no designated area for relaxation (located in entryway of hotel) Very poor selection in vending machines I was disappointed in the overall condition (maintenance) of the hotel for its age. It could be so much better,
I really liked the location on the river it was very pretty. We started in a smoking room which we had to change. But the floor we were on still smelled of smoke in the halls. The carpet in the halls were worn and stained the room carpet was ok. But it was so so on the cleaning. The bed was like sleeping on the floor.
Location and free breakfast, however the 'caretaker' of the breakfast room was always circling around you watching your every move. Whèn my waffle spilt over the side she made it seem like a national disaster .
the service at the front desk was excellent. The Spa wasn't working and there was no microwave in the room.
This place was great!! The bed was extremely comfortable. It was perfect after a long day of driving. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used to clean hotel rooms when I was younger and can always find something not clean in a room, but in this hotel. They made me feel right at home. I would come back here in a minute. They are definately worth the price! If you want a great place to say, than stay here!
Close to the Mall for shopping, as well as five minutes from Downtown restaurants. I love Great Falls!
We were very pleased with the room, the breakfast, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed felt to me, being in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the pool room felt like a sauna. The heat was set at 87* and it was miserable. The pool water was very warm as well. We could only stand to stay in the pool area for a total of 30 minutes.
Nicely surprised, thought the room was going to be small, maybe old, dingy, but was not, had the best king-size bed my wife and I ever slept on! Room was amazingly clean. Only 2 minor complaints: was the shower head was a bit slow, I think the flow coming out of it was 1/8 of a gallon per day! Breakfast area is very small, causing a lot of overcrowding. But other than that, we loved it!
Location and breakfast was excellent. One of the main reasons for booking was... Hot tub after a long drive. I understand that it's been down for a while. Disappointing.
Very clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and no sales tax in Montana. No.
Rooms where nice and clean,i liked how it was dog friendly. the price was not bad... GREAT breakfast!! Rooms had no fridge or microwave, brought food for my kids just for it to go bad! no hot tub and the pool was ok for a min but it had waaay to much chlorine in it.. the whole room smelt like it and a after a while ur eyes burnt and your lungs!
I didn't like anything about this hotel, its a joke the price I paid for didn't meet the expectations. Everything, the room stunk, arrived at 4 and was told there was only 1 clean room, bathroom was very small, pool didn't work, was stuck right next to the laundry shoot so around 9 start hearing them scream around. Sadly I hated this hotel
Location and value for money
The suite was beautiful, the view was great, the bed was comfortable. nothing
The room was fairly nice, seemed cleanish. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. We found the remains of a spider squished on the wall. The couch had holes in it. The cupboard was broke. We asked for a quiet room but were placed 10 feet from the train, right next to an exit door and next to a door to the stairwell. We were overcharged, bjt i think that is booking.com's fault. They do that to me a lot. I did not have time to get to tell them about it but have left comments for them about it but they never have gotten back to me. Anyway, it was pretty good but a fair disappointing.
Stayed four nights while visiting family in town. The staff is wonderful, especially a woman named Ruth who works in the kitchen. We enjoyed our hot breakfast by the fire pit in the mornings. A friend had a Birthday at the Front Brewery one night and it was nice to just stroll across the parking lot to the party.
Breakfast was quite good, but swamped. Quite comfortable, noise and other issues were reasonable for the money. Guest laundry was very good. Only had one significant issue. Apparently, my elderly mother tried to call me through the front desk. I was in my room. She called several times and was told that I was not answering and got quite worried. I called her on my cell and she related this. I called the manager on duty to complain and was told that she had tried to call me several times, and that she and her assistant had both tried coming up to my room. I told her that was not factual - that I had been working at the desk and would have heard any calls, and was quite able to hear kids and others in the hall. If anyone had knocked on my door, I would have known. If anyone had opened my door to do a welfare check, I would have known. Really unacceptable.
Really just a roadside motel. Shocked this cost $92. We were put in a room directly by the elevator and ice vending machines. Not the best.
