The whole stay in this hotel was quite a disaster. The rooms were dated & staff was horrible. Couldn't get us a taxi for some 15 minutes. Made just 1 call & said that all the taxis were busy. Then chatted and laughed around for some 10 minutes. Only after reminding that we are still here waiting, they made another call, but no luck again. only then they realized that they had a transfer minibus (at a double price of course, but that's ok). But the most horrible experience was at the day of departure when the hotel driver took us to the airport - he just fell asleep at the wheel and hit a concrete block... and didn't even bother to get out of the car to check if everything was ok... just continued driving...

We accepted yummy breakfast, good service from bellboy, comfortable room, good and natural view and etnic decoration around their location and rooms. Staf at front office didn't give me good service. They didn't know about booking.com certainty or certanty of others..example, They didn't know that I bought voucher included breakfast. So, I lost time to declare that..
the nature Yes, on my last night, the guess next door was really really noise. So much kids noise and doors banging.
Close to Jakarta and even closer to the golf club! We paid for Delux,but had a family (with very noisy kid(s) upstairs.I Mentioned it twice to staff, but no action.Constant banging, running etc, woken up at 5:12 one morning and 5:27 the next!
