The rooms are simple modern and efficient. No clutter, Very clean. No frills. Restaurant was terrific. The meals are amazing to the point of being decadent. The deserts are a work of art. .Hotel walls are masonry and the doors are solid and gasketed to eliminate noise from hall and adjacent rooms. Extremely convenient if you will be using the train from the Geneva airport and going to and from office. Extremely friendly staff who speak some English but are more fluent in French, Spanish and other European languages. Please remember your not in Kansas any more Toto! don't expect everyone to speak and act like you may be accustomed to in the states.
The rooms which face the front of the hotel are noisy when you open the windows due to the rail station across the street . Request a room at the rear of the property in order to be able to open the windows and balcony door. Not much of downtown to walk and shop. Not a lot of other restaurants to choose from. You will want to go to Nyon and walk and eat by the lake. If you require "American hotel chain amenities" this isn't the place for you.
