And you will love Rosemary Beach. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis - you'll find it all right here.  The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. The unit is new to the rental market and is just steps away from the Villages resort pool. The unit is a corner unit and overlooks the Villages Courtyard. The Village complex is nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. The space Our home is outfitted with a plush queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite counter tops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and bar refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower and well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the condo. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Please Note: Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.
