Grocery delivery is available from Save-On Foods in West Kelowna. This is a great single family cottage where you can enjoy a safe summer vacation with your family. Come and create family memories at our lakeside cottage located at the La Casa resort. The cottage includes 3 private bedrooms (most at the resort are 2 bedrooms plus open loft), 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. It is located on the closest street to the marina and beach area and a short walk to the recreation area that includes a pool, hot tubs, playground, beach volleyball, tennis courts, mini put course and other resort facilities. The cottage is fully outfitted with a large kitchen with snack bar and dishwasher, a separate play loft with washer and dryer and has high vaulted ceilings with massive windows looking past the large deck toward the lake. Whether you are wanting an activity packed time on the water or a relaxing hideout, this is the perfect place for you. Boat slips are available for rent through the resort on a first come basis (reserve early)!

Enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation get-a-way at our cottage which is on a quiet street at La Casa Lakeside Resort. This unique resort is a little resort community 30 kilometers from West Kelowna or 35 kilometers from Vernon, BC. It's a gated community with about 425 cottages on Westside Road. Our summer home is suitable for 1 couple, 2 couples or one Family of (4), reminder there are only two beds in the cottage. A queen bed in the Master bedroom and a double in the loft bedroom. Two children would need to share the one double bed in the loft. Please keep this in mind, when booking. Prices differ from Season to Season. 3 Plus Night Stay. SPRING is a great time to visit the Okanagan Valley. The Resort is projected to Open on May 1st this year. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy a game of tennis, and mini-golf. The pools and hot tubs will open for the season. If you stay during this time of year, you will find the resort usually very quiet and relaxing. SUMMER MONTHS With families enjoying all the amenities that the resort has to offer. These amenities are all included in the price of the rental, except for the kayak and paddle board rental which is offered through the resort. In the summer this cottage shines like a "Jewel" with it's many windows and vaulted ceilings. Waking up in the mornings with the first beams of sunlight shining upon the smooth, calm quiet lake, starts off your day. It is comforting to know, that you can sit out on the patio deck well into the evening and enjoy a refreshment and a good book. Most of your meals can be enjoyed out on the patio depending on the weather, the BBQ is ready to go. Please pick up all your groceries in Vernon or Kelowna, before your arrival. If you are not able to do this the Save-On-Foods Delivers groceries to the resort daily. The new "Bravo Ragazzi" Italian Restaurant and Market are open for the season. The Restaurant makes some great pizza's. The Market will try to stay open year round. The resort is usually running in full swing, with the general store, Bistro/Restaurant opened and all amenities in operation. Great time for the kids to enjoy the 3 Aqua Parks in the lake. If you are at the main pool, make sure you stop by the General Store and pick up a refreshing ice-cream cone or a specialty coffee. Kayak and Paddle board rentals are usually available during the summer months. You can also rent a boat for the day in Kelowna, or at the Okanagan Lake Resort which are 15 kilometers away by car. AUTUMN SEASON: Experience the changing of the fall leaves in this Okanagan Valley. You might want to explore some of the local winery's in West Kelowna. The Resort amenities are still available for our guests. The lower level pool and hot tub is opened until the October Thanksgiving Long Weekend. This is usually a great time of the year to visit La Casa, when the school children have gone back to school. You can still enjoy a game of tennis or mini golf. Take the time to relax and cozy up by the fireplace, and read a good book. Hiking and walking trips are the best during this season of the year. Harvest Season in the Okanagan is a tapestry of different colours. This cottage has one large bedroom, with a queen size bed, a private loft bedroom with a double bed. Kitchen with all appliance, and a washer/dryer, slate floors and two bar stools. Everything that you might need to cook a family meal is included. Living area includes lots of natural light, has a gas fireplace, area rug, and hardwood floors. Dinning area includes a large table with six chairs. The windows all have screens, and wooden blinds. A sliding glass door to the outside deck. The outer deck is spacious, and enclosed with plexiglass railing with an unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake. Outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ, are also there for your use. The sundeck has the morning sun to enjoy your coffee, and the afternoon shade is perfect for reading in the lounge chairs. We have installed a security Camera near the front entrance. This is so we know how many guests are staying at the cottage. This is so we can also monitor the cottage when we are not there. This cottage is situated just a short walk from the main pool/hot tubs and tennis courts, mini golf, and playground area. Cable TV and WIFI included.
